This has reference to the above subject matter. We are pleased to inform that Central Bank of Oman have approved for increasing Al Anwar Holdings SAOG stake in Tagger Finance SAOG from 30% to 35% of its share capital.

As required by Central Bank of Oman approval. We will be completing necessary requirement of Capital Market Authority and Central Bank of Oman very soon.
