Muscat Securities Market has been awarded ISO 27001 certification by the British Standard Institute (BSI) in recognition of it information security management system (ISMS) covering it’s Networking and security solution.

The certification is the highest award in the world in the field of information security protection and is concerned with data safety and confidentiality. Getting the certificate required to follow a methodological study of information security risk management and implementing necessary control and procedures.  

The certificate has been provided, during a ceremony, to Mr. Ahmed Saleh Al- Marhoon by the U.K Ambassador in the Sultanate Mr. Gimi Bodin in the presence of officials from   the CMA and MCDC Co. and brokerage companies
